A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company based in the Wolverhampton area. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and can manage themselves and importantly generate new business. You will be the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients, be responsible for commercial activity by quoting and converting into profitable business.
The day to day duties will include-
- Seek, develop and secure new opportunities.
- Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients to generate and identify new business Opportunities
- Cold Calling & lead generation.
- Maintain and develop existing accounts, upsell additional services.
- Manage new accounts in your business base, ideally with the aim of becoming the sole supplier.
- Handle quotations & all operational aspects of Sea, Air and European Road movements.
- Build client base and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Actively promoting the brand and always provide exceptional customer service.
- Arrange regular client check-ups.
Our ideal Candidate –
- Ideally previous experience in an Air & Sea / European road sales or operational role.
- Commercially focused with a strong passion for customer service.
- Self-motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A confident communicator with a passion for their work.
- Has the ability to be a self-starter, build own sales pipeline as well as manage customer accounts and relationships.
- Ability to work successfully in an autonomous role.
- Have fantastic communication skills, verbal and written.
- Satisfaction in finding solutions for clients
