Job Description:

As a Sales administrator assistant you will play a critical role in customer interactions. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be required to balance lead times and the customers’ expectations, this will be maintained through confident telephone and email interactions. You will be keen to solve customer problems, and interested in following up to understand how things are progressing.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders via telephone and email
  • Book customer deliveries and handle queries
  • Agree on pricing and negotiate other terms
  • Match lead times our capacity to the customer’s request
  • Provide regulatory and financial documentation (product information, transportation, and duty)
  • Provide customer labels
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Negotiation skill

Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the logistics industry
