Robin Tong  Managing Director

With over 15 years’ experience within the recruitment industry he is a founder member of MET recruitment overseeing all aspects of the company. Robin has a vast experience in Recruitment and business management.

Matthew Hunter  Industrial Director

Matthew heads up the Industrial team and oversees the day to day running of all temporary workers in our Industrial sector. Joining the company in 2011, he then became a company director in 2015. He has over nine years’ experience in recruitment, dealing in various sectors, such as: IT, Industrial, Commercial and driving sectors

Adam Wheeler  Senior Industrial Consultant – Dudley Branch

Having joined in 2014, completing an apprenticeship with MET and working on our admin team he has shown signs that he would make an excellent consultant. He progressed to the role of a Senior Consultant overseeing the Dudley industrial team in many different aspects. Adam has a great understanding of our candidates needs and also a fantastic understanding of our clients.

Harry Wootton  Industrial Consultant – Dudley Branch

Harry joined the industrial team having started in September 2018. This is Harry’s first full time job after finishing 3 years at Worcester University, where he studied Business & Marketing. Harry has settled into the team seamlessly and is already proving to be an excellent addition to the team.

Kate Silk  Industrial Consultant – Dudley Branch

Kate is the latest member to join the Dudley Industrial Team joining the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work alongside Adam and Harry having started in November 2018. Previous to joining MET she had spent a number of years at Costa Coffee working as an Assistant Manager.

Nella Share Commercial Director

Nella has worked within both the temporary and permanent commercial sectors for over 15 years, working for some of the largest high street agencies in the process. She joined MET in October 2014 to head up a new division and has gone from strength to strength, evolving from a team of two up to a team of five.

Stella Wakeham Senior Skilled & Technical Consultant – Wolverhampton Branch

Having already forged a career in recruitment, working for two very successful high street agencies, Stella joined MET in June 2015 and quickly became an important member of the commercial team. Demonstrating drive and a passion for succeeding targets and expectations.

Steph Guest  Commercial Consultant – Dudley Branch

Steph has recently joined the Commercial Temps Team based in Dudley and will be working alongside Chloe to support our clients and candidates with temporary vacancies. Steph’s background has been within customer service and sales, she brings with her a wealth of relationship building experience and her drive will go a long way to making her a successful consultant.

Tess Woodall  Divisional Manager – Temporaries division  – Dudley Branch

Tess joined the team August 2018 after having spent 14 years working for a competitor, she has joined the team to head up the temporaries division working alongside Chloe and Steph. Tess’s expertise within the temporaries field are proving to be a fantastic addition and she’s already made an impact in a short space of time.

Salli Gage Accounts – Dudley

Having joined us at a very critical time and having a very strong payroll background, Salli had to adapt and develop into the role straight away, by doing this she quickly became a valuable member of staff.

Alex Steventon  Payroll Specialist – Dudley

Alex joined the team at MET in 2014 where she started out on an Apprenticeship Scheme. After completing her Apprenticeship it became apparent that Alex had forged her place within the team and had worked hard to take on extra responsibilities Her role has now developed to see her taking sole responsibility for the Payroll within the branch which is a fantastic achievement in the time period she has been with the team.

Becky Tong  Admin – Dudley

Having worked in recruitment before, Becky fills in many different roles in our office. She brings her vast knowledge of customer service into the role and helps us to deliver a high level of service to both customers and candidates.

Abi Bradshaw  Payroll Specialist – Dudley

Abi join the payroll team as an Apprentice at the end of 2018 and completed her coursework in record time with fantastic results, she has since developed in huge strides and has recently been running the payroll division alone covering maternity leave. Abi has been a welcome addition to the team, a pleasure to work with and we look forward to seeing her career with MET develop even further.
