Setter Operator

Duties:

• Ensuring products are manufactured to drawing spec or customer requirements.
• Quality checking products
• Clearing of finished goods from machine, ensuring goods are correctly identified as per HI Quality system.
• Removal and disposal of all scrap/coil ends into identified areas or bins.
• Safe and efficient removal of tooling and rolls during machine changeover, safe storage of rolls and tools in the correct area.
• Complete documentation, including correct product labelling.
• Housekeeping/5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Any other duties within the capability of the job holder.

Shifts:

These are fixed shifts no rotation would be needed.

• 6am – 2pm
• 2pm – 10pm
• 10pm – 6pm

Pay:

Base rate is £10.80 per hour – you then get shift allowance on top of this which works out to

• 6am – 2pm – £11.56ph
• 2pm – 10pm – £13.23ph
• 10pm – 6pm – £14.04
