We are currently seeking an experienced order process/sales support individual to join a very successful company based in the Smethwick area. The successful candidate will support the sales team and will be responsible for all sales administration and order processing whilst keeping good relationships with existing clients.
- Answering inbound calls
- Receiving orders over the phone and by email
- Processing orders on to sage system
- Produce/send and chase invoices.
- Maintain relationships with customer contacts.
- Keeping customers updated on orders.
- Liaising with all departments
- Highly Efficient
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sage experience desired but not essential
- Excellent work ethic
