We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company in the Halesowen area seeking for a receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a drive to learn and complete tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer external and internal calls to direct to correct departments.
  • Welcome and greet visitors/Clients at reception.
  • Check client documentation upon arrival.
  • Monitor and arranging appointments.
  • Receive and respond to emails.
  • Organise incoming mail and paperwork.
  • Administration support to the business
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist Colleagues on certain projects providing administration skills
  • Update departments with client information through email and phone calls.
