We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company in the Halesowen area seeking for a receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a drive to learn and complete tasks.
- Answer external and internal calls to direct to correct departments.
- Welcome and greet visitors/Clients at reception.
- Check client documentation upon arrival.
- Monitor and arranging appointments.
- Receive and respond to emails.
- Organise incoming mail and paperwork.
- Administration support to the business
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Assist Colleagues on certain projects providing administration skills
- Update departments with client information through email and phone calls.
