We are currently seeking a self-Motivated and enthusiastic person to join a fantastic and forward-thinking company based in the Stourbridge area. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in business development. Working in a busy sales environment, the role will evolve, building relationships with a portfolio of new and longstanding customers.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with key accounts/clients and following the process from start to finish.
- Quoting customers on products and giving advice on product information.
- Chasing previously quoted orders to establish progress.
- Working with production to quote bespoke products and co-ordinate projects for taylor made items to meet specific requirements of the end user.
- Monitoring orders through production, dispatch, and delivery, making sure time scales are met.
- Building relationships with existing and lapsed customers and nurturing accounts.
- Following up on leads to promote sales.
- Handling any discrepancies/issues to resolution.
- Promote after-sales care with follow-up calls.
Person specification:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in business development or account management.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Good team player and to encourage co-operation between all departments.
