- Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Commission

- Hours of work: 40 hours between the hours of 7am-5pm
- Holidays: 23days plus bank holidays (added 1day per 5 years)

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join an expanding team for a well-established client based in the Wednesbury area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients along with trying to generate new business opportunities.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management issues and matters.
- Ensure that our products meet the needs of all of our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the Head of Sales regarding any issues or fluctuations with customer spend or performance.
- Play an integral role in ensuring existing customers’ needs and expectations are always met.
- Attending Health & Safety training when required
- Identifying risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks.
- Active reporting of health and safety hazards or potential hazards immediately when recognised.
