Production Line Leader

Our client based in the Tipton area are currently looking for a Production Line Leader to join their growing team.

The duties and requirements are as follows:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time
• Training and supervising new product line workers
• Identifying and resolving production line problems
• Looking after 6 employees, Confident giving instructions

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday
• 3pm – 11pm Needs to be flexible as could move to rotating

Pay Rate:

• £12 – £14 per hour
