Line Leader

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting a number of Team Leaders in Kingswinford!

Duties:

• Overviewing a team in the Food Production
• Delegating tasking and targets to production line workers
• Ensuring Relevant safety paper work is filled out

Potential progression to progress to cell leader positions

The successful candidate will have people leadership skills and come from a production / packaging or assembly environment, a background in food production or packaging would be advantageous but not essential.

Hours of work:

• 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 rotating on a weekly basis

• £11.64
