Lathe Operative

Duties:

• Work from engineering drawings and job orders
• Must have experience on a manual centre lathe.
• Planning machine work
• Quality check work using gauges and micrometres.
• Lifting metal stock and work pieces using a crane then position them into the machines.
• Setting the machines

The company will want to see you for an interview and possibly a skills test before starting.

Pay Rate:

£14.50ph depending on experience

Hours:

Mon – Thurs 8am – 4:30pm

Fri 8am – 1pm
