A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a growing business based in the Wolverhampton area. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and will help support the office with administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining/updating individual packs
  • Data entry and copy typing documentation.
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Maintaining attendance records
  • Checking CSCS cards are updated and in date.
  • Checking stock levels for PPE and replenish
  • General ad hoc duties

  • Positive and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and IT skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail
