The role
We are currently recruiting a Tele-sales Administrator for one of our well-established clients in the black country area. As an Administrator you will be faced with a variety of duties to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and effectively.
Main responsibilities (not limited to):
- Answering incoming tele sales/ website enquiries.
- Daily outbound calls to generate new business.
- Produce training certificates for clients’ staff (inserting name and date) and send them to clients.
- Manage daily sales and administration activities.
- Produce inspection/training quotations.
- Obtain new business contact names.
- Update email database.
- Attending training courses was necessary to develop existing skills and knowledge.
- Assist in all duties required by management.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in the Tele-sales sector.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Geographical knowledge.
- Excellent liaising skills.
