Our client, a well-established business within the Lye area are currently searching for a Sales Administrator on a temporary on-going basis. As a sales administrator you will be faced with a range of duties to support the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Main duties (Not limited too):

• Processing customers’ orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Processing returns if required.
• Booking customer delivery slots.
• Create shipping documentation such as ASN’s, labels and also manifests.
• Handle customer queries via phone and email.
• Liaise with couriers to chase deliveries.
• Notify customers of delivery updates if needed.
• Liaise with sales and supply chain teams.
• Assist with any other adhoc duties when required.

Person specification:

• Experience within Sales Admin.
• Confident with using a range of computer systems.
• Excellent customer service.
