CNC Setter/Programmer – Aluminium Extrusions

Full-time, Permanent Shifts: Mon–Thurs 6–2 / 2–10, Fri 6–12 / 12–6 Pay: £16–£21 DOE

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Programmer to take parts from initial program to final sign‑off within a busy production environment.

Role Overview

• Create and optimise offline CNC programs

• Set up machines, tooling, jigs, and work holding

• Run and monitor production, carrying out in‑process checks

• Work with QA to verify and adjust parts

• Troubleshoot tooling, programming, and machine issues

• Complete documentation and basic maintenance

What You’ll Need

• CNC programming experience (G‑code/M‑code, CAM)

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• 1–2+ years CNC setting/operating (3–5 axis preferred)

• Experience with aluminium is a bonus

• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Able to lift up to 20kg and work rotating shifts
