We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment specialising in plastic components, including injection moulding and tooling. The products you’ll help create support sectors such as automotive, aerospace, heating, and electrical.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, consistent hours, and being part of a supportive team.

Shifts:

• 6am–2pm

• 2pm–10pm (Rotating weekly)

  or

• 10pm–6am (Nights)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating stamping, labelling, and moulding machinery
• Carrying out light assembly tasks
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Following safety procedures and production guidelines
• Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced team

What We’re Looking For

✔ A good level of English and Maths
✔ Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
✔ Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
