JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting FLT CB Drivers for our client based in Tewkesbury that are a UK Leading independent dairy. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Check goods in and ensure all goods are transported and/or unloaded in a safe and timely manner
• Assist the Operatives in accurately picking customer orders, completing stock rotations and replenishing stock
• Keep the Chilled Warehouse clean at all times providing a safe working environment
• Perform reasonable tasks as instructed by Senior Managers
• Comply with Health and Safety Standards 

Skills (Essential):
• Forklift truck licence and experience. Licence must have been renewed within the last 3 years 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation and flexibility
• Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision
• Possess strong numeracy skills
• Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices

Skills (Desirable):
• Experience of working in the dairy or similar food production sector would be advantageous 

Hours of work are 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota, various start times from 5am. You must have your own transport due to the times of the shifts. Overtime after 40 hours!

Salary increases after training!

Minimum 37.5 hour working week
