We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and proactive Delivery and Installation Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a vital operational function, leading a large team and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery and installation of products to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing teams and projects, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis about updates and orders.
• Plan and execute installation schedules, accounting customer preferences, availability of resources, and efficient utilisation of teams.
• Lead and manage installation and fitting teams, ensuring they are equipped with the correct tools and resources to complete the job.
• Support the identification and resolution of post-installation snags or issues reported by customers.
• Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and efficient utilisation of the company’s vehicle fleet.
• Ability to manage and mentor the team to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and deliver policies and procedures related to installation quality, safety protocols, and customer interactions.

Ex Armed Forces experience would be advantageous
