We are recruiting for General Operatives on behalf of our client in Tamworth to work at a leading manufacturer producing G.R.P (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products.

Hours are 6am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday 40 hours per week – 1 in 4 Fridays are worked but if targets met this day is off and paid!!!

(Due to the shifts starting time please ensure you are able to get there)

A 4 DAY WORKING WEEK!!

This is a physical role and can involve some heavy lifting:

Experience in the following would be advantageous

• GRP Manufacturing Experience (not essential)
• Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
• Working with machinery
• Using hand tools
• Working well as part of a team and individually
• Working to targets

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Flexible approach
• Good attention to detail

Full training will be given and this is a Temp to Permanent Role for the right candidate.

Once you are fully trained, hitting targets and quality output has reached desired level the rate has scope to increase up to £13.28ph
