Duties:
As a Mattress Manufacturing Operative Apprentice, you will learn how to produce high-quality mattresses to industry standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, developing skills in assembly, quality control, materials handling, and the safe operation of machinery. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll follow structured training as part of an apprenticeship programme designed to support your growth into a skilled operative.

Hours:
6am to 3pm
Monday to Friday

Pay:
£12.32 per hour

This will involve working via MET for the first 6-8 weeks on a trial basis and if all goes well, start the apprenticeship programme
