Our client, a well-established dynamic business within the Rowley Regis area are currently seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

Main job responsibilities (not limited too):

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Look for chances to offer customers higher-value or alternative products that better meet their needs (upselling and switch selling).
• Help customers choose the right products by giving clear, knowledgeable advice.
• Take and process customer orders, answer questions, and solve any problems quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with your team to reach sales goals and help the company grow.

Person Specification:

• Experience within internal sales.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Experience using a variety of computer systems.
• Industry knowledge (desirable, to be discussed)
