Our client, a well-established business within the West Bromwich area is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Main job responsibilities:

• Maintain positive customer relationships helping customers and coordinating sales by responding to enquiries via telephone or email.
• Manage the whole process of the job from start to finish.
• Obtain sample information from the technical team, availability from the transport team and agreed pricing information from the commercial manager.
• Address and resolve queries with technical team to facilitate commercial requirements including sample information.
• Liaise with the operations team on specific key account requirements.

Person specification:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Sales experience
• Waste industry experience.
