lass 2 Driver – Exciting Temp-to-Perm Opportunity!

Location: Kingswinford
Salary: £14.00 – £15.87 per hour (with overtime and weekend rates available)

MET Logistics is on the hunt for a motivated and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our client’s team in Kingswinford. This temp-to-perm role offers a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful probation period.

What’s in it for you?

• Competitive Pay:
  • Monday to Friday: £14.00 – £15.87 per hour
  • Overtime after 40 hours: £16.00 – £18.14 per hour
  • Weekends: £18.00 per hour
  • Rare nights out paid at £50 per night
• Job Stability: Full-time role after probation.
• Variety: General haulage duties, including one day a week collecting tarmac.

What to Expect:

• Some handball involved with loading/unloading.
• Flexibility to operate various vehicles, including vans and HGVs.
• Start times vary between 6:00 am and 9:00 am depending on the day’s duties.
• Occasional weekend work (not regular).

What We’re Looking For:

• Requirements:
  • Full UK driver’s license with Category C (held for at least 1 year). Confident drivers with less experience will be considered.
  • Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC.
  • Maximum of 6 points for minor offences (no DD, DR, or IN codes).
  • Willingness to undergo a driving assessment (drivers with less experience may also be considered).
