What is the job role?
- 360 recruitment consultant, running a permanent recruitment desk.
- Working to achieve set KPI’s and business development targets.
- Making outbound business development calls and winning new business.
- Negotiating terms of business and fees with clients.
- Attending site visits with clients and review meetings where necessary.
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients and offering the highest levels of service.
- Advertising vacancies across a network of jobs boards / social media sites.
- Managing advert responses and selecting candidates that are suitable for the role.
- Conducting telephone and face to face interviews with candidates.
- Attending a variety of events, including networking events.
- Representing MET Recruitment professionally at all times.
- Taking care of a variety of administration duties as necessary.
What are we looking for?
- Candidates will ideally have previous recruitment sales experience.
- A can-do proactive attitude to tasks.
- The ability to conduct business development calls / visits.
- The desire to help people achieve what they are striving for.
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- A customer first attitude.
- The ability to manage and resolve issues where necessary.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- A full driving license is essential for this role.
