We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our client based in Oldbury reporting to the Finance Director. The company offers a fantastic office environment with a small close-knit team to support and guide you. Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous as well as excellent excel skills.

The Accounts Assistant responsibilities include;
- Managing Accounts receivable:
Raising Sales Invoices
Liaising with customers and staff
Producing regular statements
Resolving any customer issues
- Managing Accounts Payable:
Processing purchase invoices
Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues
Liaising with staff
Producing supplier payment lists
Ledger control backup
You will also be required to support month end and all other office administration tasks and help cover during busy periods.
The salary range is between £20,000 – £22,000 dependent upon experience.
Hours of work are 37.5 from 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday
