Warehouse Operative – Night Shifts

Location: Willenhall
Start Times: Between 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (9.5 hour shifts)
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.01 per hour

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing parcel distribution company in Willenhall. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for potential long term night shift work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Loading and unloading parcels in a busy warehouse environment
• Sorting and moving parcels to designated areas
• Handling very heavy items, so a good level of physical fitness is essential
• Maintaining accuracy and efficiency during high-volume periods
• Working as part of a team to meet tight deadlines

• Must be physically fit due to heavy lifting
• Flexible with start times and shifts
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
