Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor – Job Specification

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join a growing sales team. This role is responsible for delivering first-class customer service while supporting the sales function through proactive lead generation.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to take their first steps into a sales environment, with clear progression opportunities into Sales or Transport for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct transport checks
• Inform customers of delivery updates
• Input customer purchase orders
• Generate new tenders
• Send introduction letters, flyers, and promotional materials
• Compile reports and collate management information
• Research and identify new companies (prospecting)
• Arrange supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives
• Attend meetings to help build and develop client relationships

Requirements

• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous outbound calling experience in a call centre or similar sales/customer service role is desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Full training provided – graduates and sports enthusiasts welcome
