This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to carry on their career in the industry! Our client, a family run business is looking for a candidate who can use their own initiative to join their administration team to help expand their growing business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering in bound calls.
  • Speaking to customers about product and services.
  • Editing customers documentation and updating with job details.
  • Producing invoices.
  • Collating, copying and pasting documentation.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Chasing payments.
  • Inputting leads on to the system.
  • Providing any other office support.

 

Person specification:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration/office-based environment
  • Experienced and knowledge of excel and Microsoft packages
  • Being able to use own initiative
  • Works well under pressure and a quick learner
