We are currently recruiting an experienced Transport Administrator to join our client, a well-established business within the Wednesbury area.

Job specification:

• Update and maintain vehicle and driver paperwork
• Liaise with colleagues across the company
• Route planning
• To ensure all health and safety requirements are maintained
• Provide support for the transport team
• Update and maintain all KPIs
• Maintain transport and delivery records
• Ensure compliance with transport laws and regulations
• Handle customer queries and delivery issues
• Prepare transport performance reports.
• Support the transport team with any other adhoc duties

The successful candidate:

• Knowledge around the Transport sector.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer fluent.
• Experience within a range of computer systems
• Strong admin skills.
