Warehouse Operative/ FLT Driver

Location: Minworth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30am – 1:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

MET Recruitment is seeking a reliable and motivated Individual to join our client’s team in Minworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments who is looking for a stable, full-time position with opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Machine minding and supporting production processes as required.
• Loading and unloading company delivery vehicles.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Accurately counting, checking, and recording crates and equipment moving in and out of the warehouse.
• Completing delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Handling company equipment and property with care and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working towards performance targets and KPIs.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
