Production Operative  

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts) 

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:30pm / 1:30pm – 9:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 12:30pm / 12:30pm – 7:00pm

About the Role 

MET are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. 

The position requires a high level of precision, concentration, and consistency due to the repetitive nature of the tasks. 

Full training will be provided; however, previous production experience is desirable. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Carrying out precision bonding work on PCB panels
• Maintaininga steady hand and high level of accuracy 
• Completing repetitive tasks to a consistent standard
• Supporting the coating process whenrequired
• Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels
• Following all health & safety and quality procedures

Requirements 

• Previousproduction or manufacturing experience preferred 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks
• Steady hand and ability to work with precision
• Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
