We are recruiting for 1 x Yard Operative / FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of our client in Tamworth to work at a leading manufacturer producing G.R.P (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products.

The company are a well established company in Tamworth & have been operating for over 40 years.

Hours are 4.30pm – 3am Monday – Thursday (4 DAY WEEK) 1 in 4 Fridays worked 4.30PM – 1AM

This role will be varied involving manual handling as part of a team as well as FLT work. You will be on the FLT around 35% of your shift.

APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE DUE TO NEEDING TO DRIVE FLATBED VAN BETWEEN SITES

Your role will include the following:

• Loading & unloading lorries
• Shunting stock around the yard and sites
• Allocating stock to designated areas
• Working as part of a team
• Manually lifting items
• Moving stock around using the work van so Clean driving licence essential

Experience in the following is essential:

• FLT CB Licences must be in date and an accredited licence
• Experience working on a FLT in a similar environment
• Manual Handling

IMMEDIATE START AFTER WALKROUND WITH CLIENT

Initial Registration with MET and then a site interview & walk round with Client
