£12.21 per hour (will increase after temp period)
Monday-Thursday (9am-5pm)
Friday- (9am-3:15pm)
Our client, a well-established business within the Wolverhampton area is currently on the lookout for a Customer Service/ Sales order processor to join their team. In this role, you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth operations within the business.
Main responsibilities (not limited to):
- Accurately input and process customer orders onto the internal system.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure all customer records and order details are kept up to date and accurate.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Proactively contact lapsed or inactive clients to re-establish relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support the generation of new business through follow-up calls and customer engagement.
- Handle customer issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the wider customer service and sales teams as required.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold excellent service standards at all times.
Person specification:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Customer Service/order processing/admin.
- Confident in using a range of systems.
