We are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Tamworth to work at a leading manufacturer producing G.R.P (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products.

The company are in a period of growth and positions will be Temp to Perm after an initial 12 weeks for the right candidates.

4 DAY WORKING WEEK!!!

Hours are Monday – Thursday 6am – 4.30PM

4 Day Week – 1 in 4 Fridays are potentially worked – however if targets are hit this Friday is paid but not worked!

This is a physical role and can involve some heavy lifting

Experience in the following would be advantageous

• GRP Manufacturing Experience
• Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
• Working with machinery
• Working well as part of a team and individually
• Working to targets

• Flexible approach
• Good attention to detail
