The role
We are currently recruiting a customer service administrator for one of our well-established and highly trusted clients in the Brierley Hill area. As a customer service administrator, you will be faced with a variety of responsibilities such as arranging appointments for a nationwide team of technicians, collaborating with internal teams and much more!
Your main duties (not limited to):
Full training will be provided to ensure you can…
– Assess customer issues and order parts.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- GCSE Math’s and English preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytic abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems.
