- Direct the flow of traffic coming onto the site
- Ensure safe movement of vehicles on site at all times ensuring safe systems of work are adhered to
- Communicate with visiting trunk drivers providing an excellent impression
- Document trailer movements and report back to the Central Hub as required
- Manage any vehicle congestion that may arise
- Scan incoming and outgoing pallets and trailers
- Ensure all loaded trailers are transferred to Central hub before the end of each shift
- Loaded trailers stored during the night must be accessible to visiting drivers
- Be proactive in your management of the site to avoid logistical issues
- Keep the site tidy, report faults/damage to the Central Hub to be addressed
