The client:
A leading steel stockholder based in the West Midlands, the supplier of choice for service and quality, seeks a Steel Production Operative to join them permanently.

- Mornings: Monday – Thursday: 5:00am – 1:30pm and Friday: 5:00am – 12:30pm
- Pay: £10.00 – £11.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

The role:
Steel Production Operative required who possesses Overhead Crane experience (licences are not essential). In-house training will be provided.
The position is predominantly crane based but will also include:
- Picking orders
- Offloading vehicles
- Completing paperwork
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using an Overhead Crane (Licences are not essential as in-house training will be provided)
- Excellent time keeping
- Proactive approach and ability to work well at all levels
- Excellent level of attention to detail
- Dedicated and loyal
- Able to work well using own initiative as well as in a team environment
- Flexible approach to work with the capability to work weekends to meet the needs of the business
