- Hours: 40 hours per week (full year role) – 8:30am – 5pm with 30 min lunch break

The role:
- Oversee all administrative processes that affect the operations of the organisation
- Manage day to day operations of the office and department
- Liaise with other teams and departments as necessary
- Develop and monitor good working processes and systems
- Produce audits, action plans and project work
- Update database programs
- Manage workload effectively
- Safeguarding young and vulnerable adults
The successful candidate:
- Experience holding a senior administrative role that affects the operations of an organisation
- Experience regularly managing day to day operations of an office or department, including associated facilities
- Experience providing audits, action plans and undertaking ad-hoc project work
- Significant experience using and updating database programs
- Experience working in education, care, or public sector
- Experience managing a diverse workload and meeting strict deadlines
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in stressful situations
- Willingness to work towards Level 5 Leadership and Management
- An IOSH qualification would be desirable
