Our client, a leading Fire Safety Business are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. If you are experienced within the Fire Safety Industry and you are looking for your next role – please read on!

Our client’s head office is based in Birmingham, however, the successful Sales Manager can be based in any area as long as you are willing and able to travel to the southern regions of the UK.

Experience required:

• Experience of 3-5 years as a sales engineer in a Fire Safety Business with products such as Kitchen Suppression Systems/ Total Flooding Systems/ Tube Based Systems or Fire Extinguishers
• Interested in moving to sales/business development or candidates working as sales manager managing products such as Kitchen Suppression Systems
• System/ Total Flooding System/ Tube Based System or Fire Extinguishers can also apply
• Candidates should have detailed knowledge of Kitchen Suppression System/ Total Flooding System/ Tube Based System or Fire Extinguishers
• She/he should be able to understand product specification and train trade partners on the same

Responsibilities of the role:

• Build and develop the fire safety equipment market with the client’s product
• Establish Trade partner network for the company and appoint distributors/resellers in the fire safety domain
• Engage with Trade partners and influence and support them for driving business
• Cross functional engagement with other departments such as logistics, accounts and training team
• Enroll partners for training on our systems and other products
• Creating training roadmap, provide design solutions and supervise installation for trade partners
• Continuous tracking of performance, records and analysing the same for achieving the organisational annual objectives

The details:

• Salary £40,000 – £50,000 – dependent on experience
• Bonus Scheme
• Car allowance
• Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 6pm
• Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
• Pension Scheme
