Part time (6-month Contract)


Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm (1 hour’s lunch), Friday 9am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

We are currently on the look out on behalf of our successful client for two sales administrators. The successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience within this area and must be confident with speaking and resolving problems over the phone.


  • Call handling, speaking with customers and clients.
  • Process sales orders and invoicing
  • Retrieve electronic sales orders over in house system.
  • Interact with Managers and/or Directors and carry out requests.
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails.
  • Checking and filing invoices
  • Progressing Orders
  • Document Management
  • Other general administrative tasks

This Contract will be working 3 days over the week but will require flexibility.
