Sales Administration x2
Part time (6-month Contract)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm (1 hour’s lunch), Friday 9am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
We are currently on the look out on behalf of our successful client for two sales administrators. The successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience within this area and must be confident with speaking and resolving problems over the phone.
- Call handling, speaking with customers and clients.
- Process sales orders and invoicing
- Retrieve electronic sales orders over in house system.
- Interact with Managers and/or Directors and carry out requests.
- Manage correspondence by answering emails.
- Checking and filing invoices
- Progressing Orders
- Document Management
- Other general administrative tasks
This Contract will be working 3 days over the week but will require flexibility.
