We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Account Manager to join a leading manufacturer based in Oldbury. As Regional Sales Account Manager, you will grow and manage new and existing accounts by networking businesses in multiple locations to achieve retention and growth targets.

What’s on offer?

  • £32,000 – £40,000 per annum (plus bonus) – based on experience
  • Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 7.45am to 1.45pm
  • Field based with 2 – 3 days per month in the head office based in Oldbury

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Account Manager

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across multiple sites
  • Constantly seek new opportunities to expand the portfolio
  • Monitor sales performance and activity levels and produce a monthly report detailing key result areas
  • Maintain appropriate records on clients and sales activities
  • Calling on customers on a regular basis, providing quotes and ensuring that enquiries and issues are followed up in a timely manner
  • Weekly reporting

The Successful Regional Sales Account Manager

  • Regional Account Managers need to have a natural flair and strong commercial acumen built into their nature
  • You need to be a sales hunter as well as an excellent relationship manager, hungry to grow the business and thrive in a targeted, performance-measured culture
  • This is a field-based role where you’ll be supported by a sales manager
  • Foam industry experience is desirable, but training will be available for the correct candidate
  • ERP/ CRM Experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
