£20,000 – £24,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Our client, a well-established company, based in Wombourne, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.

- Find new companies to introduce the business to
- Arrange and attend supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives
- Generate new tenders and live enquiries via Barbour, ABI, Construction MAP and Google to generate new sales enquiries and chase up existing leads
- Produce introduction information to potential new customers
- Transport checks – liaising with drivers, sites, and other departments, entering information into the CRM system
- Update customers with delivery updates and information
- Input customer purchase orders onto the system
- Produce MOPS Reports – collating information about current customer spending
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience within a customer service role
- Experience in lead generation is desirable but training will be provided
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident speaking to all levels
