Our client, a Market Leading and Globally renowned Manufacturer are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. This exciting opportunity will include full product training and career progression for the successful candidate.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

- Process customer enquiries and orders according to the company’s business system and keep them informed about delivery progress
- Updating CRM and inputting information on the customers
- Make outgoing sales calls to our existing customers informing them of our product range and new product releases as prepared by the Business Manager
- Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the Business Manager
- Take an active role in resolving customers’ queries and complaints in line with company policy
- At all times maintaining the company’s ethos on customer satisfaction, without allowing the customers to take undue advantage
The Successful Internal Sales Executive:
- A team player who has previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Self-motivated and organised individual
- Track record of achieving KPIs and targets
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Knowledge of the automotive sector would be advantageous; however, is not essential
