Salary up to £28,000 per annum – based on experience

Our client, a long-established, leading manufacturer, currently has the need for a Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The company are based in Smethwick and the role will be office-based, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing
  • Building relationships with customer contacts
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Supporting a wide variety of administration tasks
  • Accurate data input, using CRM tools

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in making proactive sales calls
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • Well-balanced and meticulous attention to detail
  • B2B experience would be advantageous
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Microsoft Excel experience is required
