We are working with one of the leading dealerships in the Wolverhampton area, who are specialists in new and used vehicles, providing market-leading services to clients. They currently have a requirement for a HGV Service Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Position

• Hours: 46 hours over 4 days between 6pm to 6am
• Rotating shifts: Week 1: Mon-Thur, Week 2: Tue-Fri
• Holidays: 24 days

Skills and Attributes Required

• HGV experience – essential
• HGV Licence would be advantageous although not essential
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to report and recognise any vehicle defects or failures
• Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness upon completion of repair
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and working area at all times
• Report any faults or damaged equipment to your line manager
• Maintain all customer paperwork, reports, manufacture paperwork and electronic documents

• Able to work independently and also as part of a team
