We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our client’s friendly team based in Brierley Hill.

The role:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Greet visitors at the reception
  • Receive and respond to emails
  • Organise incoming mail and paperwork
  • Administration support to the business
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

The successful candidate:

  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly attitude
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Experience within a reception/administration role
