Our client based in the Wolverhampton area are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive – French Speaking to join them on a permanent basis. To deliver service excellence to both internal and external customers, working as part of a team to promote a positive culture of continuous improvement, through role modelling.

Build great relationships with customers throughout Europe and the UK, interfacing with technical teams, external sales and operations ensuring that all customer orders are processed, and queries are resolved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to end users and distribution networks in the UK and Europe.
  • Resolving customer enquiries, updating our inhouse systems, creating quotes and processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner and pursuing queries with relevant parties where necessary.
  • Develop relationships with key distribution partners and customers
  • Providing support to external sales representatives
  • Follow processes and procedures and identify improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure prompt response times, resolution of customer complaints and achieving set targets

The Successful Customer Service Executive – French Speaking will:

  • Possess a true passion for customers and delivering the best possible service
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written both in English and French
  • Proficient typing and computer navigation skills
  • Previous experience in a sales / technical team would be advantageous
  • Be self-motivated, self-starting, and self-assured!
  • Multitasker with a high sense of urgency
  • A joy of creating fun
