Our client, a well-established company currently has the need for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The successful Customer Service Advisor will work on a Hybrid basis and will provide expert advice together with supporting customers who wish to make a purchase or who have an enquiry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly professional service to customers
  • Provide information and advice relating to products
  • Support customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Purchase queries
  • Provide information about additional products
  • Take payments
  • Arrange refunds where appropriate

The Successful Customer Service Advisor

  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to build relationships
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of horticulture would be advantageous
