Our client, a well-established national property management company is currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join their team, based in Birmingham City Centre. For the right candidate, this position can offer fantastic benefits and career progression.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Collating market information on new sites and industry news
  • Making initial contact on select new business opportunities
  • Producing tender documents and supporting tender content for complex tenders
  • Maintain all relevant trackers for current and pipeline work
  • Attend and actively participate in initial meetings for select schemes
  • Handle all general enquiries from inbox, Company website and digital platforms
  • Support marketing administration for the Commercial team
  • Support marketing campaigns for New Homes and Asset Management functions
  • Support on administrative tasks associated with brand PR and digital presence
  • Produce reports and client data lists as and when required
  • Supporting the Group Marketing Manager in sending out external communications
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, coordinating meeting room bookings, refreshments and minute taking as and when required
  • Research and investigate new business opportunities and key contacts for future use

The successful candidate:

  • Fluent level of English with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
  • Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in working within the property sector
  • Shows a flair for building relationships and sourcing information
  • Holds a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle is advantageous
  • Natural flair for attention to detail and able to deliver and manage quality broader pipeline
  • Experience using email and automation platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
