Due to expansion, we are seeking a fully skilled administrative assistant to join a well-established client of ours.
This role will involve:-
- Supporting the Office Manager
- Serving customers whether via telephone and dealing with any enquiries
- Calling customers confirming the date and times of their visits
- Data input and collation of data
- General administration duties
You will need:-
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy, reactive environment
- Good team working skills
- High level of customer service and therefore are looking for someone who can work to a high standard using their own initiative when needed.
- The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, be reliable, self-reliant, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
